It was the best time massage I have had in six months and I would definitely come back for another. The prices were affordable and well worth a visit.

I was really looking forward to trying Lila Massage Phae Gate after hearing so much about it, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I arrived at the location around 6 PM, hoping to get a massage. At the entrance, the staff told me they were fully booked until 10:30 PM and that I would need to return after that time. I accepted this at first, thinking it must be a busy evening.

However, while I was still nearby, I noticed something that made me uncomfortable. A few minutes later, some foreign tourists arrived without an appointment (as far as I could tell) and were allowed to sit down and receive service right away. This was surprising and frustrating because I had just been turned away moments earlier. It left me feeling like perhaps I was being ignored or treated differently because of my appearance or nationality — in my case, being Indian — which was very disheartening.

I understand that sometimes there are misunderstandings or priority bookings, but the way this was handled did not feel fair or transparent. It’s possible there was another explanation, but as a paying customer who was ready to use their services, it felt like unequal treatment.

For anyone planning to visit, I strongly recommend making an advance booking and confirming your slot before going, especially if you’re hoping for a walk-in appointment. I truly hope the management looks into this so that all customers, regardless of their background, are treated with the same respect and service.

Got an amazing 60min foot massage on a Tuesday afternoon. There was no wait time, staff was welcoming and friendly. Yun, my massage therapist did a fantastic job, my legs feel rejuvenated! The experience was calming even though the pressure applied was strong enough. Will definitely visit again.

I loved the therapist here they are all so helpful and welcoming and Yan was excellent! I got a recommendation from a local Thai, and after seeing the reviews, I knew right away this was the right place for a Thai massage. I tried the 1-hour Thai massage since it was dinner time, but next time I’ll definitely go for the 2-hour signature massage. Honestly, I would even bring my mom here! You can walk in, or if it’s full, you can make a reservation for just 100 baht.
