My wife and I had such a great time here today! We were made to feel so welcome by the lovely lady at reception. And our hostess, Inta really gave us the perfect experience. Thank you for taking such great care of us. We will come back to visit for sure

The girl didn’t even pretend she wants to please me. No smile, look away, no English skills, behaviour pretty fake. She was good at wasting time for nothing. Not worth the $

The girl wasted half an hour showing off her TikTok videos. Why would I Pay this much money for seating around and chatting? Avoid the place

I've been 4 times and in actuality the place is not bad with solid service. The rooms are very hit or miss - they have either been quite nice or honestly, really lackluster especially considering the price being paid.

Admittedly there appears to be a lot of self-reviewing repetitive comments here that are definitely not reflective of actual customer experiences. In reality, I would encourage others to go and see for themselves. The price is definitely significantly elevated relative to competitors - is it worth that premium? I'm not so sure.

Staff went out of there way to help accommodate guests! I loved how they had fresh fruit available and other little snacks, as well as a water refill station. The rooms were clean and I had some of my best sleeps. I highly recommend staying here. Beyond a great price- this is a place of comfort :) thank you for making our time in Chang Mai enjoyable! You all go above and beyond.
