Terrible Experience – Felt Like a Total Rip-Off
Avoid Aurora Club CM at all costs. This place is nothing more than a money trap dressed up as a club. The attitude of the staff — especially the girls — was downright rude and dismissive. From the moment I walked in, it was clear they weren’t interested in offering any kind of good service — just in how fast they could drain your wallet.
There was zero effort to make the experience enjoyable or even remotely welcoming. The girls were uninterested, cold, and clearly only pretending to engage to get tips or upsell overpriced services. I left feeling scammed — like my money had been stolen in broad daylight.
No professionalism, no respect, no value for money — just a hollow, uncomfortable experience. If you’re looking to relax, have fun, or even just be treated decently, this is NOT the place. Total waste of time and money. You've been warned.

Aurora used to be my favourite place for massages, I was there almost hundred times over last year, unfortunately , over last 3 months or so, both customer's service ( lobby ) , and massage girls working there , became nightmare and instead of providing good service for money spent there ( not a cheap massage service ), they did everything to annoy customer.

Be cautious, everyone. This place is just out to take your money. After paying 2,800 baht, I was asked for another 5,000 baht to finish the service. It felt like a complete scam — no proper service, just a constant push for more money. Definitely not worth it.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent visit to Aurora Club was so unpleasant, I feel compelled to warn others. There is no massage at all the service itself was rushed and careless. The girl seemed disinterested and distracted the entire time, and I left feeling more tense than when I came in. I honestly questioned whether the girls were even forced or something unusual is going on.
Worst of all, when I politely brought up my concerns at the end, I was met with defensiveness and zero effort to make things right. It was clear they don’t care about customer experience — just your money.
Avoid this place if you’re looking for actual relaxation. There are plenty of other spas in Chiang Mai that actually know how to treat their customers with care and respect. This was a complete waste of time and money.
