The process was very smooth and seamless, the lady at the reception asked for my preferences. And there was also a catalog to look through on the iPad regarding the therapists available. There was also a complimentary drink as well. The room is very spacious and the ambience is very relaxing. JJ's s rvice was very thorough and only ended the session when the time was up.
