Balcony Pub Bar

This is, in my opinion, the best bar in Silom Soi 4 Bangkok.
Very good food and drinks selection and great for meeting friends and watching the passing parade.
Inside you can sit at the bar, play pool and listen to the live band.

This place seems to be the most popular spot on Soi 4, and it’s not hard to see why. It’s a straightforward place with friendly service and reasonable prices. The servers are eager (maybe a little too eager) to take care of you, but have no hidden agenda. The food ranges from tame Thai dishes to comfort-food options for weary travelers with western tastes. If you’re looking for a spot to relax and escape the sensory overload that is Bangkok, this will do the trick; sit on the terrace and observe the activity on Silom Soi 4 and try to decode the hidden subtext of what’s going on around you.

A friend I made on my vacation suggested we come here for one of the performances and it was SO fun!! We didn’t have any food, but the drinks were good, service was good, and the show was amazing! I’d recommend this for a fun night out!! I’d say though, if you’re a girl traveling solo or even two girls— the streets around here and even some of the nearby establishments seem unsafe, so be cautious on the way in! While I was in here though, I felt very safe !!

I was pleasantly surprised by the food here, as I thought it was more of a bar than a restaurant with a great menu. My friend and I ordered four dishes, all of which looked delicious and the waitresses took great care of us. Another great touch was the live music, which included a female singer who sang beautiful international songs.

Me and my partner Wayne have visited this bar everytime we travel to Bangkok (5 times now). The staff are fantastic. They always remember us even after three years after our previous visit. Friendly staff, good beer/wine and fair priced compaired to other local bars. Always made to feel welcome and bend over backwards to help us.
