It’s open, just that there’s no body here, not even staff. Feels creepy.

I understand that the PR staff are full, but the worst part is that when you come to sit and drink, you have to mix your own drinks. Why? I've been to many places, and usually a PR person comes up to me and asks if I can sit with them and mix drinks for them. But what's going on here?
For me, I've been unimpressed since my first visit, and this will be my last. Maybe I'm dressed inappropriately, making it seem like I don't have enough money to drink. The service is terrible.
