The massage was so amazing and extraordinary it may have ruined all regular massages I get in the future. Walking into the lobby I had no idea what I was in for. The lobby was nice but I didn’t expect this level of luxury from the room and service. My husband and I got a couple’s cannabis massage (2 hours) for less than $150. They have a couples shower in the room and give you everything you need. The room alone got me excited because of how nice it was. They first have you sit in a chair and scrub your feet, then you lay down and get the best massage you’ve ever had. They found my problem areas and worked them, and kept it even on both sides of my body. From the tip of my toes to the top of my head every muscle was worked into relaxation. And the head massage wasn’t just pulling some hair and moving on, it was a full cranial massage. Then they sat us up and stretched us. I felt like telling my masseuse that I love her and crying. But I didn’t, I just tipped her.

This is the second spa and massage that we went to on our trip to Thailand this week. I think this was an excellent experience for me!! As a student who usually sits for like eight hours a day, the massage experience was must needed for me!! The auntie that helped me massage was really friendly, and she was also professional and gave me an excellent experience!!! I recommend Health Land to everyone, no matter you’re a local or a tourist!! Health Land is also a really big building, and all of the equipment are clean, and the smell and music helped us relax while we get ready for the massage. This time we chose the two hour Thai massage, and the auntie started from the legs and all the way up to the shoulders and neck, and it really helped me just wind down and loosen up my muscles!

We booked our massage appointment at Health Land Spa in advance by phone, which was easy and efficient. We arrived a bit early, and after checking in and paying at the reception, we were invited to wait in their beautiful lounge area. The waiting area was calm and tastefully decorated, with comfortable seating and complimentary cold water. From the moment you enter, you’re welcomed by a soothing and pleasant aroma that fills the entire space — it smells absolutely wonderful and sets the mood right away.

When it was time for our massage, we were politely called by our therapists, who handed us massage slippers and collected our shoes. We were then guided to the massage room, which was already prepared and immaculately clean. After changing into the provided massage clothes, we began our two-hour Thai massage.

The massage itself was excellent — very professional, relaxing, and perfectly balanced. The therapists were attentive and receptive to feedback; if any part felt too strong or too light, they adjusted it right away with a smile. You really feel in good hands.

At the end of the session, we were offered a warm, delicious herbal tea — the perfect way to finish the experience. For two hours of massage, we paid only 700 baht per person, which is an incredible value for the quality and service provided.

Inside the spa, there is also a small herbal shop where you can purchase natural products and remedies. Overall, our experience at Health Land was fantastic from start to finish — calm atmosphere, skilled therapists, fair pricing, and thoughtful details. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a professional and relaxing massage in Bangkok.

I visited this place twice during my stay and even bought many souvenirs.
On my first visit, I didn’t leave a tip — after that, the therapist’s attitude suddenly changed and became noticeably unpleasant.

Because of that, I decided to visit again the next day. After the massage, I gave a tip, but the therapist seemed unhappy with the amount. She didn’t even say thank you and looked upset when receiving it.

I asked, “Do you want more tip?” and she replied angrily, “No English! Enough!” with a very rude attitude.
When I explained what happened to the reception, they apologized and offered to return the tip.

Tipping should be voluntary, not something expected with such attitude.
Very disappointing experience

The receptionists were welcoming and can speak English. They had us wait at their receiving area and it was clean and the scent was calming.

The massage rooms were at different floors and they were clean and cold, the clothes to change into were also clean and freshly laundered.

The 2hr massage was so good, it definitely made us feel relaxed. The tea they gave after the massage was also good and warm.

The service was great, would definitely come back next time.
