The technicians were professional, and the environment was clean, but the location was a bit hidden, and the navigation wasn't accurate; I circled around twice before finding it. The receptionist was very welcoming and confirmed the time in advance. The room had a subtle aromatherapy scent, and the water temperature was consistent. The only downside was that the reservation system occasionally crashed, requiring phone confirmation; I hope this can be improved.
