Nice girls, but I had a bad experience last night at Crystal Agogo last night. They did not honor an advertised price, and no management was available to discuss the issue with.
Saw an ad on their TV that said Tuesdays they have Fireball shots for 100 THB. So I bought three shots, one for me and the two guys I came in with. They charged me 170 THB per shot. I mentioned the ad on the TV and she showed me the menu where it says 170 baht. She said the ad was old. I asked for the manager. There was none. I asked for mamasan. There was none.
Obviously the waitress does not have the authority to change price without management say so, and since there was no management available to talk to, I paid the full price.
Just take caution if you go there. If you see an advertised price in there, make sure you talk to the waitress to ensure she’s actually going to charge you that price.

Scammers. I paid the bill, the waitress took my money and came back a short time later saying 1000 baht was missing. She claimed I had mistaken 100 baht for 1000. Nonsense. They were unable to show me the surveillance camera footage.

I like Crystal, has comfortable seating and is not just two rows of seats in a straight line … it is well laid out with small dance platforms as well. Drink prices in line with most LK Gogos, music ok depending on how old you are. Mamasans normally not too pushy, girls fairly standard, you will always find a diamond in the rough. They used to have pole dance shows, haven’t seen them in here for a while though. If Gogos are your thing, you can’t go wrong with Crystal … a decent and consistent performer in LK.

Went in expecting crystal, but got more like plastic. The entrance looked like the gates of a secret VIP club… but inside felt like a waiting room at immigration with strobe lights. Drinks? Let’s just say my wallet lost weight faster than me on a treadmill. The music was so loud my ears applied for early retirement.
The twist? I stayed for three hours… not because I enjoyed it, but because I couldn’t find the exit. Pretty sure the real show was watching lost tourists try to escape.

Appalling.
Music overly loud, so much so it’s completely uncomfortable (yes they’re always loud in gogo bars but this is unbelievable ).
The worst thing though is it feels like grab a granny night. All of the girls clearly over 40.
