Unlike the rest of Korat, which is a ghost town at night, U Bar was jam packed with locals looking to party, with some great live music and reasonable drink prices. The mostly young crowd seemed surprised to find a middle aged white guy there,but were friendly and in no way made me feel unwelcome there.

It's a fancy night club. Be prepared to spend if you want a big night out here. Very small space and little seating. Great location and good for the night club types.

The security guards at the entrance are unfriendly and rude. They think they are the boss but they are just buffalo. I do not recommend this club at all.
