We had a disappointing premium experience to this branch during our Chiang Mai trip. We booked high-priced 120-minute treatments

Unfortunately, the quality did not match the price. The therapists seemed to be merely going through the motions. Despite my clear requests to focus on specific areas of tension, these concerns were not attended to. My wife had a similarly poor experience with her treatment.

While the environment, refreshments, and free pickup service were good, the core massage service was poor.

Truly wonderful experience

This is a higher end spa with higher prices and definitely higher end decor AND massage / treatment quality

We booked a 3 hour package including 3 different treatments, and wach one was executed to perfection

The therapists were also super attentive, when I coughed once my therapists noticed that I was cold and reduced the AC speed and provided additional blankets immediately

You fill ina questionnaire regarding your before the massage and get some snacks and tea before and after your treatments, so that you start and end your stay here super relaxed.

Overall a place that is worth the higher price tag

My wife and I booked a 60-minute Thai massage at Makkha Health Spa, and it was the perfect way to end our honeymoon in Chiang Mai. The spa is beautiful, peaceful, and very well run. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with kindness and professionalism.

The massage itself was excellent—relaxing yet thorough, and we both felt completely refreshed afterward. The staff made sure we were comfortable the entire time, and little details like the tea and cold towels added an extra special touch.

Highly recommend this spa if you’re visiting Chiang Mai. It was one of the highlights of our trip and such a memorable way to close out our honeymoon.

My husband and I were just walking around and wanted to get a massage cause we were getting tired. We’re extremely picky people in terms of cleanliness and that’s why it was difficult for us to find a place after passing by so many. We both have never had a Thai Massage before and we must say this was an amazing experience! From beginning to end, the customer service was impeccable and everything was extremely clean. There was even an intake form, which I don’t usually see a massage places so it’s great to see that they actually value what we would like and make sure that they understand what is happening with our body before they start working on it. If I were to return to Thailand, I would definitely be coming back! PS they also gave up mango stickers, and that was also amazing!

My wife and I did a 2 hour aroma oil massage and facial treatment at Makkha Rachadamnoen in Chiang Mai. The session was perfect. We were treated to hot tea and mango with sticky rice after the session. We felt extremely relaxed at the end of our 2 hour session. The best thing was that, being a Sunday, the walking street night market was right outside this outlet. From spa to shopping. Nothing beats this. Highly recommended for those who requires a rejuvenation from the toil of everyday working life 😃🙏
