Spaghetti bolognese here is really tasty. Recommend, along with the cheeseburger and fish and chips.

Drink prices in the evening are great also btw.

One of three of my regular breakfast haunts. Good value Early Bird breakfast only 99 baht and good service. Nice quiet place in the morning and right in the middle of LK Metro so plenty of people at night.
This would be my number one pick for breakfast in Pattaya, good value English breakfast.
Price and quality consistent over three or four trips in the last 2 years.
Back again, still good food and good service at a good price :)

Located in the heart of LK Metro, this place is open from early in the morning.
Eat breakfast here and you'll see the opposite side of the place from the hustle and bustle of the night.
The extensive breakfast menu is sure to satisfy everyone.
Happy hour lasts almost all day, it makes you question what it means "hour".

My first visit at Time Bar. I had the lunch special so my review is based on a quick visit at daytime.

Only 99 baht for a big serving of carbonara that tasted good.
The waiteress was nice and effective.

Have to give a 5 star rating for that!

Best and cheapest English breakfast in town. Also great prices for drinkers.
