Location is very convenient, just a 2–3 minute walk from Nana BTS. The nearby Anytime Fitness is also very accessible for guests who want to get some training in.
The staff are consistently polite and warm, and their mannerisms never feel performative. The room was spacious and clean — I stayed in a premium corner room, so I had more space. The work desk was just right for getting work done on my laptop, and the bathtub was perfect for a warm soak after Muay Thai training.
Laundry service was very fast. I handed my laundry to them before 11am and it was returned by around 3–4pm the same day. Do note that during periods of high laundry volume, it may take slightly longer, but they do their best to return it on the same day if submitted before 11am.
Room service was also efficient. Although I was quoted a 30-minute wait, my order arrived within 15 minutes. The table was set properly, and the staff plated everything nicely.
Special shoutout to all the staff who made me feel very welcomed — from housekeeping to the front desk, security, and doormen. Their warm hospitality truly made me feel at home. I’ll definitely be back next year after Songkran.

Our first stay at The Landmark was so good we decided to stay there again when we returned to Bangkok a week or so later.
The good:
Breakfast is absolutely fantastic, with a huge range of choices from eggs and bacon to freshly made noodle soup; staff were friendly and polite, always looking to see if you needed anything. There are two breakfast areas, one on the 23rd floor (smaller variety with a great view) and on the ground floor (huge variety). The orange juice is real, too, not a powdered pre-mix.
The rooms are spotless and have a lot of nice touches such as automatic curtains and a bedside control panel for all lighting/aircon. There are concealed usb/power sockets in the desk area for your laptop and internet speed was quite good at 43 mbps. The amenities kit was probably the best I have ever seen and included a disposable razor.
Improvement needed:
There is no couch in the lobby for your family to rest while checking in, everyone had to just stand around. Background music in the breakfast area can be a bit too loud. As with many hotels, there is a huge window between the bed area and the toilet/shower area. On our first stay we had a venetian blind, which was good; our second stay had electronically controlled opaqueness (push a button and the window becomes "frosted glass"). You can still see someone sitting on the toilet so we had to turn the bathroom lights off when using the toilet because we are a close family, but not *that* close. I asked at the desk what time happy hour was and I was told that we were not eligible for happy hour and yet I saw a sign afterwards that advertised happy hour! Poor communication.
Overall, I would stay at The Landmark again but I would have to request a room with venetian blinds on the toilet window. And I'd have to find a nice bar or restaurant nearby that does happy hour.

Landmark has to be my favorite hotel in Thailand. I've stayed at nine different hotels at a similar price per night between Bangkok, Phuket, and Pattaya. The energy of the staff is closer to a resort than an average hotel. Every single person is very accommodating and friendly.
It doesnt matter if I was out for only two hours in the middle of the day, every time I came back to the room, everything had been made up. I like the general efficiency everyone has.
The rooms are both modern and elegant with more amenities provided than most hotels like certain toiletries and a scale for example. Very clean rooms and lobby.
The rooms have sleek, up to date technology for adjusting the lighting and air conditioning. I really like how the shower design actually keeps the water inside the shower unlike many places I've stayed.
There are four elevators that move with a good sense of urgency. I never waited too long for one and you know which one to look for.
The location is in a perfect area of town with everything you need within walking distance such as pharmacies, tons of restaurants and bars, and easy access to the train station.
I tried all the restaurants in the Quad eatery and thought each one was very good. I had the coffee at Cupping almost every day.
After 3 weeks at this hotel, I can comfortably say I'd stay here every time I come back to Bangkok.

I stayed at The Landmark Bangkok for six days and five nights, mainly for a tailor-made suit trip. Before coming, I researched Rajawongse Clothier and Crown Tailors, and looked for a hotel nearby. Among hotels of similar or higher class, The Landmark Bangkok offered the best value.
Upon check-in, we were informed that our room included access to the Executive Lounge with several privileges (as shown in the photo).
The breakfast was excellent — delicious, plentiful, and with a wide selection of vegetarian dishes. During our stay, we also enjoyed complimentary laundry for two pieces per day (a total of 10 pieces for 5 nights).
Every evening, guests can enjoy the complimentary evening cocktail, which also includes a light buffet. Since we are vegetarians, most of the food at the buffet wasn’t suitable for us. However, the Swiss executive chef kindly prepared special vegetarian dishes for us every evening. They were not only delicious but also featured a different menu each day.
I highly recommend The Landmark Bangkok, especially if you can book a room with Executive Lounge access — it’s truly worth it.
The only minor downside was that the window soundproofing wasn’t very good.
