This is absolutely beautiful hotel. We had a 2 night stay as a break between cities. It’s super quiet resort with beautiful surroundings. Rooms are fabulous, spacious and well equipped. The staff is extremely polite and kind. I want to give a special shoutout to Par and Locktao who are waitresses at the restaurant - they are super kind, attentive and just amazing!

We just have had a 3 night stay at the Soul. The Hotel is very stylisch and with a lot of taste decorated. Our room was perfect in Pristine 1 highfloor. The gardens and the spectaculair view is overwhelming.
A real 5 star feeling.
First day and very early next morning, very irritating non stop loud prayning and music from a kind of Very large group of members of a kind of mindfulness boedhist white dresses believers. Not very pleasant to wake up at 5 in the morning with their boring indoctrinated prayers.
Happy when they all checkout and left .
Breakfast buffet only 1 time was perfect.
Others days was a la cart, could be better.
Quality of food restaurant could also better. Specially the quality of the chicken dishes. Salads and pastas were fine.
Swimminpool and spa and Petra poolbar is fantastic real 5 stars.
All staff houskeeping restaurant reception Top . Very welcoming and friendly.
Mrs Chali manager frontdesk was great,she deserves 7 stars. She was a very open nice personality with a perfect english speaking great feeing for humor. She dod everything she could to make our stay more than wonderful.
One minus : big construction noise every day just behind the meditation spot outside the grounds of the hotel.
Mostly from 9 to 15 . That is not very wellness and mindfull to hear that horrible noise. Will I come back , Yes definatly, but only when there are no Sekte groeps and no construction noise

A real 5 star feeling.

Overall, this resort does not live up to the concept of luxury health and wellness at all! Just another random hotel offering activities with nice views. It is rather a spot for IG pictures. We stayed from June 25-27 and not going to recommend to anyone looking for a wellness retreat! It is all in the details!
Soft Products:
- Easy check-in experience. The staff was pleasant and adequately explained the amenities. However, the mobile phone was on high volume and screaming Pop Rock music, which mentally disturbing us on arrival. Welcome drink was very sugary - not great for the health.
- The entire afternoon was disturbed by the noise pollution of lawn mower! Extremely loud and not peaceful at all! Other 5 stars would consider all aspects of guest experience!
- We had 2 activities (nature sightseeing walk and a bike ride). Unfortunately, the hotel mixed corporate guests (company outing) with regular hotel guests which was quite a disaster! They disrespectfully were late to every activity and whined a lot so the hotel tried to over-accommodate them (amending the agenda as an example). We weren't happy at all! Had to put in complaints to keep the same agenda! They should have dedicated staff/ activities for the group!
The walk was quite underwhelming, not really nature sightseeing other than visiting a temple nearby. The bike ride was on the other hand nice and serene. The bikes are in poor condition and in need of serious maintenance.
- Our afternoon was disturbed by a hotel Sales Manager and her clients touring and taking pictures of us in the pool (without consent), staring at us like an open zoo! We extremely value our privacy and this incident did not sit well with us! We voiced our frustration to the hotel manager and received the apologies.
Hard Products:
- Restaurant and cafe menus do not represent any health and wellness concept. They are just a random mix of Thai and International foods (not healthy). We ordered Chicken Peri Peri - was bland and tasted like a steam chicken on the screwer. ผัดหมี่กระเฉด was very sweet. Other dishes were ok.
- We were not informed about the permanent closure of outdoor gym as it was still advertised on the website (it has now been removed following our comment) Extremely disappointed as we prepped the outfits for the workout! I called in 2 weeks prior and the front desk confirmed everything was operating as usual. 👎🏻
- The pool area is unsupervised so we had to figure it out where to get towels. Other pool seats were covered and not ready to serve. You have to make sure everything is ready. The pool toilet sewage stinks. Not very wellness for me.
- Panpuri shower products should come in big size. It is merely enough for one day shower. Would also be nice to have salt bath available in the room. Otherwise, there is no need to use the tub.
- The curtains in the room have rusty staples which I cut myself trying to close them!
- Not everywhere is thoroughly cleaned especially the walk-in closet and bathroom.
To the owners/ management team - a luxury health and wellness is a BIG CONCEPT to claim. You need to make sure every single detail reflects that!

Just a couple of hours outside Bangkok or a couple days stop on your way to Khao Yai. The hotel offers a holistic escape. There were many activities included in the stay including meditation, yoga, bike rides, and nature walk. Just outside the hotel is a small market and famous temple.

Quiet, luxurious, suitable for relaxation-focused travelers, health-conscious travelers, and those who enjoy nature activities. You must come at least once. The breakfast is delicious, and the quality is good. The service is excellent. Overall, it's very good.
