our experience with one of the workers there was really weird..
we came for karaoke night and sat at one of the tables, she came over and told us that we have to order drinks at the bar in order to sit. we told her we’re just about to go and order, and she just stood there looking at me waiting for us to go. i told her we will order in just a second (we literally sat there for 2 seconds before she came over) and then she just pointed at the street with a blank expression and told us to leave. she was so rude and irritated for no reason, all we wanted to do was drink and karaoke but we just decided to leave right then because her service (if u can even call it that) was so bad.
maybe theyre just used to tourists being tourists and thats why she had such a front, and idk if shes the manager or a worker, either way you cant justify being so rude to people
edit: the owners responded, and i want to respond as well, its true that we put feet on the table handles (not knowing that it wasnt okay) and when she came over to tell us we immediately put them down.
saying we were there for an hour is crazy, especially because we wanted to join in for karaoke and we knew we have to buy drinks in order to do so, we sat there for five minutes before your staff came over. i dont understand why she is trying to lie and say we sat for an hour. our experience with your staff felt very unwelcoming and this is the reason we shared it, and looking at other reviews its not the first time something like this happened with your service. we didnt intend any disrespect, we were there the night before for karaoke and wanted to do the same that night as well, but five minutes in we decided to leave because of the staff’s rude behavior. stand on it and your staffs unreasonable attitude all you want, im sharing a costumers perspective so other people will be aware of that 🤷♀️ sorry if that makes you angry so you have to lie about us sitting for an hour

Lovely music from Maya and the Blues Brothers last night, didn’t really hear the duo in the middle. Could be busier given the quality of music. Drinks good too.

Super moon is a great starting off point in the night for great music, amazing drinks, and entertaining people at every table. They do a jazz fest that’s an absolute blast. On weeknights it’s a little more tame with more of a people watching vibe and more seating. Maybe I’ll see you there babe 🥰

This place is awesome! Such a great atmosphere, the staff are lovely and the food is delicious! I love that they schedule live musicians every night. I’ve been here so many times now since it opened and always have a great time.
