Nuru is a thing in Pattaya now, but nowhere near as many spots as Bangkok. Mostly just a few of the well-known soapy joints. Ask when you walk in if they do nuru not all places advertise it upfront. But trust me, once you try it, it hits different.
Prices are fair. Wanna try nuru in Pattaya? Hit up the soapy places near the beach, or just ask the girls at the bars they always know where to go. Just don't get ripped off. Stick with legit spots!
