Two prices, 1800baht & 2200baht, nothing wrong with either preferences.
Bathtub is really small, so I suggest choose small size girl whenever possible. My height is 175cm, so the tub barely fit me.
As it is an old place, do careful when walk and enter room as U can bump your head.

Sayuri Complex is not out to rip off foreigners I've been there several times I found it to be very laid-back and I was not pressured by anyone. the building is old and quite dated if you are looking to have sex with a girl in a five-star hotel environment then go rent a five-star hotel room and pick up a freelancer. I was not there for the decor I was there for the ladies. picking the prettiest girl in the Fishbowl is not a guarantee of having a good time. step up to the window let them look you over if they go right back to watching TV or messing with their phone then don't pick them. if they smile and maintain eye contact with you it's a good possibility you'll have a nice roll in the hay :)

Sayuri Complex is a soapy massage place. Girls are around 25-35 years old, about 20 different girls working. 2600 for soapy massage or 2000 for straight up sex only, They are separated into areas. Soapy massage girls are behind the the standard fish bowl glass. Straight up sex girls are in the back area sitting on chairs dressed in normal clothes. To be honest the straight up sex girls looked hotter. And the soapy massage I had was horrible, girl really rushed it to get straight to sex. All over within 30mins. Not worth the soapy massage. Wouldn't return.

It’s not a ripoff for foreigners. If you notice 90% of the clients are locals. I’ve talked to many Thais about service in Chiangmai and they all say the same thing. Women in Chiangmai know that supply is limited and perform accordingly. I’ve had good service there but mostly not but that’s what you get in Chiangmai. Best thing to do in Chiangmai in the evening is fly to Bangkok 555
