Heaven Above is a unique gentleman's club on Soi Buakhao in Pattaya, positioned between a traditional agogo bar and an upscale lounge. Music volume is conversational, drinks are top-shelf but reasonably priced, and the atmosphere is classy. Popular with long-term expats and features beautiful, attentive hostesses. I have lived in Pattaya for 8 years, and this is by far my favorite place to hang out with friends. The decor, lighting, sound, and overall atmosphere is exceptional! The girls there are beautiful. This is a Gentlemen's Club, not a Go-Go bar. Everything they do here is classy, including the drinks on the menu that are top-shelf, but not high-priced. The owners and staff go above and beyond to welcome their customers. I have chosen Heaven Above to host numerous events with my closest friends, including my 60th birthday party, and several Fantasy Football Draft Parties. Everyone leaves this bar with a smile on their face!

It is in between agogo and gents club.
The volume of the music is at an exeptable level...can talk to eachother.
Ladies...are all nice...and i think beauty in in the eye of the beholder...there is some lady for every taste.
Prices are fair...lower than agogo sure...closer to gent club prices.
All and all a good place to be...i am long time in Pattaya and to my knowledge nothing like this can be found in other bars in Pattaya.

People of color are not allowed anymore. I used to visit this place, as a person of color, for 3 years and spent more than 200,000 baht over 25 visits. I am from Australia. I was not allowed to enter on 4th Jan and 13th Jan. The security said the bar is full but he continued to allow white people that arrived after me.
I spoke to my regular girls (Taew and Khing) via LINE and they said one Indian caused an issue with payment after drinking. So the mamasan has decided to stop all people of color.
I never realized they would change their mind because of one bad incident. If this incident happened with any white guy, they wouldn’t just stop all White guys right? Because the owners are Whites (Aussies), they wouldn’t do such a thing.
Guys, I will stop supporting this racist establishment, and you should too. Take your money elsewhere where you are welcomed. Vote with your wallet.
To Owners - And now don’t deny it saying “No, this never happened. We don’t discriminate against anyone based on their ethnicity. He is lying”. Instead just check your front door outside cameras for 4th Jan 2026 - 9:00pm and 13th Jan 2026 around 9:50pm. You’ll know I am telling the truth.

I have seen Asians and also white guys coming in, walking around the stage and leaving without even sitting down to buy a drink because they didn’t like anyone there. Mamasan likes to welcome these kinds of people but not the high spenders like us?

Entry rules are unclear and applied selectively. People are turned away with excuses like “member only,” with no explanation. This happens often enough to be a pattern, not bad luck.
Inside, the experience is uncomfortable. Staff and girls push drinks aggressively and do not respect a clear “no.” The goal feels purely transactional: keep you spending, not enjoying yourself.
What is promised at the door does not match what happens inside. Prices are high for what you get, quality has dropped, and the atmosphere feels tense rather than fun. Many girls sit around bored, with little effort or engagement.
Management is a serious problem. Instead of addressing complaints professionally, responses to negative reviews are defensive or dismissive. That alone says a lot.
This place urgently needs a competent foreign manager on site at all times. Someone experienced with international customers, clear rules, staff discipline, and basic service standards. Without strong oversight, the same problems keep repeating year after year.
Pattaya has many better bars with clearer pricing, better service, and more respect for customers.

You Honistly cant get a more welcoming place to chill and drink. Girls are fantastic and attentive. Mamasans and staff spot on. This is the top top on my list bar since being in pattays. Gents and women welcome. Fantastic atmosphere
