Great massage, super clean facility. We booked ours via gowabi and called them to make the appointment. They are very super fast to communicate via email and the phone. We booked a couple’s massage one hour destress. Super happy after the massage and it was the best massage i had in Thailand including 2 others I had. Location is not at the center maybe but the quality is amazing.

First time joining to Novotel In balance spa at impact area. The staff are friendly and can speak English well. Just take 1 hour signature massage, and all my dizziness has gone after the session.My favorite is head, neck and leg massage.

Great place. Nice and clean. The staffs are really nice too. I did the aroma massage and it was very relaxing. But the lady said that they don’t have that many staffs, so you should make an appointment first. I walk-in and got lucky that there was no queue.
