This place is a bit of a hit and miss 2nd time there the little but attractive woman was tired and never wanted to give a 2hr massage told me she only can manage 1 .5 hr . So I left after 15 mins . .

Massage to relieve symptoms of tight calves, cramps, and pain in the shins from running for several days. After the massage, the pain was much lighter. After two days, the legs felt more comfortable, almost 95% healed, and ready to run again.
