Just got back from Bangla Road and man, what a tourist trap! Ended up paying 1,500 baht for a lady drink that should've been 500. I know the game, but the prices were just insane.

So many gogo bars where they hit you with those high bar fines too. Lesson learned: stick to the quieter spots and avoid the crowds if you want a decent time without getting rinsed!
