Update: freelancers on Beach Road after midnight, what to expect

So here's an update from my walk earlier, I arrived at Beach Road around 11:30pm and immediately saw freelancers wandering along the street, mostly near beachfront hotels and close to streetlights. They are direct, some offer short time or long time, approach slowly, even handing out business cards; if you're bored and curious you can negotiate there but don't look desperate, prices there are reasonable compared to Walking Street, you can get a better deal if you wait until after 1am when more are ready.
