So yesterday I woke up late, had coffee, and I'm wondering if renting a condo for a month in Pattaya is worth it to enjoy the hot area and nightlife. I thought about starting from Walking Street, walking towards Soi Buakhao, then ending up on Beach Road in the evening, but I'm afraid of getting tired of it or paying too much, especially if I want to go to a gogo bar, a girl bar, or just go to a massage parlor for a full massage or a relaxing soapy massage.
Any feedback from expats who have done short-term stays of 1 month here? Is it better than moving every 3-4 days between hotels, in terms of budget and vibe, and regarding the safety of personal belongings in a rented long-term condo versus a short-term hotel stay? Any tips on neighborhoods, contracts, or traps to avoid, idk...
