I recently visited Chiang Mai and found the nightlife here to be low-key yet interesting. Although there aren't many bars, the small bars and massage parlors on Loi Kroh Road have a nice atmosphere and feel very relaxing.

I experienced a Thai bath, which was genuinely nice, followed by a slippery oil massage after the soap bath, and the price was reasonable, only a few hundred baht. The 'happy ending' service here was an unexpected surprise, truly worth the money, haha!
