To those thinking of coming to Chiang Mai at night, I want to say don't just limit yourself to temples and cafes.

Yesterday, I started at Nimman checking out beer bars and then walked to a small location on Lokroh. The lights were dim, the music was soft, and the air was cool. I sat chatting with a girl who wasn't too pushy, it felt more like a girlfriend experience than a packed gogo bar. I also sneaked in for a massage at a place near the old town, trying nuru and body-to-body massages. It was relaxing, and there were various special massage options available, unlike the major scenes in Bangkok.

I won't complain about the hot prices because they are cheaper than back home, but some places might be a bit of a rip-off, so you need to pay attention to the alleys and the atmosphere. What I like is the slow and easy vibe, no need to compete in drunkenness. If you want to enjoy a chill night out, try walking around the Night Bazaar and finish off with a pretty girl massage or full service, that's okay too. Well... that's it, I'm off for coffee now ㅋㅋ
