Just rolled back to the hotel from Nana Plaza around 2am, dead hungry and figured I'd wander down Sukhumvit instead of going straight to the room. Ended up at a little street cart near the 7-11, greasy pad see ew and skewers that smelled like heaven, cheap and way better than the bar food; sat on the curb watching tuk-tuks and the neon, felt like a mini local afterparty.

Quick tip: if you want to avoid a bad experience, skip the shiny tourist carts and look for one with lots of locals and a small queue, ask for extra chili and lime, and don't flash big wallets when the seller's on your side. Also FYI, if you're planning a soapy or bubble fun session later, eating light is smarter full stomach + long night = meh, but the street food after Nana is solid for late-night cravings.
