Tokyo-Style Nuru B2B

I finally made it out to SENTO Bangkok, tucked into the bar-and-restaurant lanes off Sukhumvit Soi 63, a little north of BTS Ekkamai. Bottom line up front: out of the endless nuru joints in Bangkok, this is one of the very few that actually lives up to the "Japanese-style spa" label.

I've been around the block with Bangkok nuru. Past the days of just winging it, these days I much prefer a place where I know exactly what I'm paying and exactly what I'm getting before I ever walk in. Honestly, Pattaya has next to nothing with this kind of proper system and hygiene, so whenever business pulls me up to Bangkok, a nuru massage joint is pretty much a must-stop on the list.

In this review I'll break down how to pick your tier, how far to push the room upgrade, and what changes once you load up the "Two Ladies (2:1)" option, the parts that actually matter.

Walking In

The place sits about 2 km north of BTS Ekkamai, deep in a bar-and-restaurant lane. It's too far to walk, so Grab or a taxi is the answer, and that slightly awkward location is actually a plus for privacy: the area is quiet and stays off the radar.

Push the door open and instead of some stripped-down fishbowl room, you're met by a low-lit, calm, zen-style Japanese lounge. The reception staff handle English, Thai and Japanese. The first thing they do once you sit down is lay out the tier menu, the room options and the final total, all up front, which felt genuinely relaxed and well looked-after. Every price is public and fixed, so the counter chat ends cleanly at "which course, which room," and it's easy to follow.

The waiting-room sofa is nice and plush too. Truth be told, I didn't realize they hand out a fresh coconut drink, so I'd already grabbed a pile of capsule coffee and snacks, and then they brought over a coconut and a snack set separately anyway. A little embarrassing, but too good to waste, so I finished the lot.

Course Tiers

At SENTO the "choice" isn't so much lining girls up in the lobby, it's picking your course tier (the service intensity) that matters most. First-timers should get this grade structure down before going in. Instead of one flat nuru price, the courses climb in order of intensity.

Whisper is the soft, relaxing entry level; Soft Touch is the most popular sensual mid-tier; Imperial Touch is the full-luxury top grade run by a senior therapist. Each course comes in 80- or 120-minute lengths.

Sento Whisper
3,500 (80 min) · 5,200 (120 min)

Entry grade. Soft and relaxing, an easy first-visit pick.

Soft Touch Most Popular
4,500 (80 min) · 6,500 (120 min)

A more erotic course, dialed up from Whisper.

Imperial Touch
5,500 (80 min) · 7,800 (120 min)

The course with the widest range of service and intensity.

The Room

Once you've locked in your course and your girl, your therapist comes to fetch you and walks you up to a private room. Following her up the stairs, her hips swaying under that short skirt with everything almost on show, I couldn't take my eyes off it. I deliberately slowed my steps, climbing nice and slow, and took that view in up close. That short walk alone already gets the tension going. Down a zen-style hallway, and when the door opens the calm mood from outside carries right into the room.

Tap for sound. Following her up the stairs to the room · the tension starts right here.

The jacuzzi room I got had a private jacuzzi tub and a dedicated nuru air mat laid out cleanly in one space. No leaving and coming back, you soak, wash and move onto the nuru mat with the whole flow never once breaking. Sinking into the jacuzzi onsen-style to loosen up and then heading straight into the nuru, that flow got my body properly warmed up before the main event.

Rooms get bigger as you climb the grades. Even the base is a private nuru room with a shower and mat, so it's no letdown, but higher up the bath room gets roomier, and the top is the private jacuzzi suite I just mentioned. How far you push the room is down to budget and taste; the per-grade add-ons are in the price table below.

💡 Marcus's tip: For a first visit, get a feel with Soft Touch 80 min, then bump up to a course upgrade next time. That combo works nicely too.

The Session

You don't pick your therapist from a lobby lineup; you flip through profiles on an iPad, nice and quiet. Scrolling through a few, the one my eyes locked onto was a girl called "Smile." That teasing little smile and a slim figure already came through in the photos, and in person she was every bit as pretty. Every visit runs the same Tokyo three-step. The order is deliberately built so the tension climbs a notch at each stage.

The Shower

The first stage is the shower, and it's nowhere near just soaping you up. With warm water running, Smile presses her body against me and runs her fingertips teasingly from my shoulders and back down to the more sensitive lines below. She sits me on that clear acrylic chair you can see in the photo and washes every inch with real care. Just look at that chair. The session proper hasn't even started and my body's already tensing up, the heat slowly creeping in. For the record, SENTO is unlimited-shot, no cap on how many times you finish. It'd been a while and I was worried I'd pop too fast in the main event, so I let Smile take the edge off by hand right here in the wash. Getting that first one out of the way put me at ease and, if anything, made me want what came next even more.

The Gel Mat Nuru

Over on the air mat, Smile mixes genuine Japanese nuru gel right in front of me and warms it to the right temperature. Watching her prep it, you can't really tell from a video, but that wet, slick "squelch" the nuru gel makes genuinely gets you picturing a very wet woman. She pours the warm, thick gel generously all over me, and the moment it slides sticky down my spine, a jolt of electricity is already running back up it.

Tokyo-Style Body-to-Body

Right away Smile lays her gel-slick body over mine. With a bit of weight behind it, her soft silhouette drags stickily across every part of me, from chest to stomach to thighs, and my senses wake up one by one. The friction is so perfectly controlled that the sensation was genuinely dizzying. Face to face, that signature girlfriend-experience (GFE) tension comes alive, and the soft moans slipping out near my ear are subtly sexy enough to half melt my brain. It's a sticky, all-in immersion you'll never get from the mechanical hands of a factory-style joint. Because I'd already taken the edge off in the wash, this time I could enjoy the main event unhurried and properly, all the way through. The booked 80 minutes vanished without me noticing, packed end to end, and honestly, Smile was absolutely delicious. I have a feeling I'll be back every time I'm in Bangkok.

This time I went with a single girl, but in the jacuzzi room you can pick two girls for the Two Ladies (Harmony Healing) body-to-body. Honestly, one girl already had me half gone; two of them working you at once looks like it'd blow your mind clean out. Next visit I'm loading up the Two Ladies.

Final Verdict

Pros

  • Tiered courses (Whisper to Imperial) plus 100% fixed pricing; you know the exact total before you go
  • Not a going-through-the-motions service but a genuine GFE experience
  • Unlimited shots within your booked time
  • Google 4.9, monthly full-staff health checks that keep disease risk low
  • English, Thai and Japanese reception; easy for foreign visitors
  • Inside the Ekkamai bar-and-restaurant zone, a discreet private location

Notes

  • Starting at 3,500 THB, a higher barrier than budget local shops
  • About 2 km from BTS Ekkamai; Grab or taxi is the practical way
  • At evening and weekend peaks, book popular therapists and jacuzzi rooms ahead
  • A premium, authentic Tokyo-style nuru with fixed pricing; bargain-only punters should look elsewhere

SENTO Nuru Massage is not a budget local shop. Courses start at 3,500 THB. In return, it delivers unlimited shots plus a proper Tokyo-style service. Genuine gel is a given, and what surprised me most is that, very rarely for Thailand, they run monthly health checks on the entire staff. On the hygiene front there's basically nothing left to nitpick. A Google 4.9 doesn't hold like that by accident, and you feel it the moment you visit. Rather than getting fleeced and burned at some sketchy local joint, if you're the type who wants to know exactly what you're getting and be treated right, this is one to save on your Bangkok list.
