PSA: Patpong ping pong show touts don't follow them upstairs

This is for any first-timers reading this. If you're walking through Patpong Night Market and someone approaches you with a laminated card showing "Ping Pong Show" DO NOT follow them upstairs to the 2nd floor bars. This is the oldest scam in Bangkok. They'll quote you a cheap entry, then hit you with a massive bill for drinks you didn't order. I've seen guys get charged 5,000-10,000 baht. Some places even have bouncers blocking the exit. If you want to see a show, stick to ground-floor bars with posted prices. Or better yet, just skip Patpong shows entirely and spend your money somewhere legit.
