First of all, I want to thank the person(s) who set up this page for their time. I've already gotten a lot of useful information from it that will definitely help me during my vacation in Thailand.
I'm going to Thailand on September 25th for 3 weeks. I haven't booked a hotel yet, but I plan to do so next month, in April. I also haven't booked my hotels yet because I'm hoping the hotel prices will drop a bit. I don't want to book too early because then you pay the top price, or so they say. I'm not sure. Maybe someone can clarify this for me.
Now my question...
I'm going to Thailand for the first time, mainly to enjoy the ladies. I'm not really a drinker I only drink a few glasses on special occasions. Maybe 4 or 5 cocktails (because hard alcohol burns my throat and I don't like beer). I'm also not planning to spend all 21 days in GoGo bars. But I do want to visit a few GoGo bars, maybe 2 or 3, just to have seen them.
I'm mainly a relaxed person, so I think I'd rather sit at a bar with ladies and just chill and enjoy my time. I do plan to see at least 2 ladies per day: one short time during the day and one long time in the evening until the morning.
I was planning to book these hotels for 19 nights:

1 night: Amber Hotel (largest room 40m² with balcony)
12 days: Hilton Executive Premium King Room
2 days: Terminal 21 – The Panoramic Suite
And my last 4 days before flying back in Bangkok: Sivatel Hotel

My total budget for activities, drinks, food, and ladies is €5,000 for 19 nights (excluding hotel and such)

Question 1: Is €5,000 for 19 nights enough to "really" enjoy Pattaya and Bangkok?

Question 2: Should I choose a cheaper hotel (e.g. Amber) and book it for 15 nights in Pattaya and increase my €5,000 budget, or is €5,000 more than enough?

Question 3: Is Bangkok worth it compared to Pattaya?

Question 4: Are 4 nights enough in Bangkok? Should I stay longer or shorter in Bangkok?

Question 5: I had set aside €200 per day in Bangkok from the total €5,000. Is €200 per day in Bangkok enough, excluding the hotel?
